This project pretends to find the best way to encourage students to develop reading habits through a website named “Bus Reading”. The main objective of our project is create a website with essential and necessary tools for children to carry out on activities related to appropriate readings to their level and arouses interest and their reading habit.
Whit this project we want to propose a different way for solving the main problem English teachers have in ASE (Alianza Social Educativa). In this institution we are working whit students
from ten to twelve years old, of basic level. They express readings are boring because they have to use the dictionary all the time to understand simple readings. They would like to use new ways to read in class.This website could benefit this group of students because its design has newfangled activities, pictures to learn vocabulary, videos and songs that will permit students to develop their reading habit with interest and motivation.
